Decided to pass on one of Rob's listings. While he was the broker and had incentives to push, he didn't at all. Was completely upfront with me and even offered to give advice if I was buying another boat from another broker. That is professionalism at its best. Landmark Yacht Sales did a great job for me. I was remote and Rob arranged a quality inspection, sea trial and transportation. The transportation was particularly impressive because the original driver canceled the night before and Rob miraculously was able to find a new quality driver overnight! Looked at a boat for sale through Justin. It wasn’t the boat for me. But, Justin went over and above giving me much needed information about various boat brands. He said for me to call him if he could help, even if I didn’t buy from him. As it turned out I did buy a boat from someone else, I had a tough time getting someone to survey the boat prior to purchase. So, I took Justin up on his offer of help and he put me in touch with a surveyor who will do the survey. . Great customer service. If I ever buy another boat, Justin will be my first call.
